All of the foregoing will hereinafter be referred to as BESTINVER.
The use of the Site requires the express acceptance by the user of all the clauses indicated in this Legal Notice, as well as each of the cautions or specific clauses established for the contracting of certain services, products or use of areas of the Site.
In the event of the non- acceptance of the clauses set out in this Legal Notice, the user must abstain from accessing and/or using the services and/or contents made available thereto on the Site, and must leave the Site.
Use of the Site
The user undertakes not to use the Site to carry out activities contrary to the law, morality or public order and, in general, to use it in accordance with the conditions laid down in this Legal Notice. The user also undertakes not to engage in advertising or commercial activities by sending messages under a false identity.
BESTINVER acts exclusively as the party responsible for the Site in its capacity as provider of an information service concerning its own services and is not responsible for any content which, in contravention of these general terms and conditions, users might send or post, and the user is solely responsible for the truthfulness and legality thereof.
BESTINVER may interrupt the Site service being used by the user and immediately terminate the relationship with the user if it detects any use of the Site or the services offered therein that it might consider contrary to the provisions of this Legal Notice.
Safe web surfing
When connecting to the Internet, as well as attending to the basic aspects of computer protection, it is advisable to take the following precautionary measures into account:
– Use updated versions of browsers.
– When accessing the restricted access area, check that access is provided using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security protocol to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of the information provided.
– Surf well-known websites.
– Do not run any program that downloads automatically if you do not trust the source of the download.
– In the event that public computers or computers shared with third parties are used, confirm that the automatic password reminder option is not activated.
Password protection – customer area
The passwords provided are absolutely confidential, therefore it is the user’s responsibility to make good use of them, fulfilling a duty of care in their custody and use.
In this respect, passwords should not be written down on paper or in documents on the computer.
The password may be changed periodically. In this case, it is recommended that the password chosen should be one that is difficult to ascertain and it should not coincide, for example, with your birthday, birth date, telephone number, etc.
For security reasons, access may be blocked if the password is entered incorrectly a successive number of times. To unblock your password, you will need to contact the technical service.
Virus protection
Viruses are programs that are installed on a computer, usually hidden from the owner, for purposes that are harmful to the user’s equipment (e.g. to destroy files or the hard disk, spread to other computers or cause the computer to malfunction). To avoid possible virus infections, it is advisable:
– To have up-to-date anti-virus software; users should refer to the software manufacturer’s instructions to keep automatic updating active.
– To scan documents received by electronic means or from external sources such as portable devices with the antivirus.
– To install software from secure sources that do not infringe intellectual property rights.

Having an antivirus program does not ensure total protection of the user’s computer, mainly for two reasons: the virus may be so new that it is not detected by the program’s virus library, or it may produce a “false positive”, i.e. a program has sequences in its programming code that are similar to a virus.

The whole of this website: text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, colour combinations, as well as the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its content, is protected by Intellectual and Industrial Property laws and its reproduction, distribution, public communication and transformation, except for personal and private use, are prohibited.
BESTINVER does not guarantee that the contents are accurate or error-free or that the free use of the contents by the user does not infringe the rights of third parties. The use or misuse of this site and its contents is under the user’s own responsibility.
Likewise, the reproduction, retransmission, copying, assignment or redistribution, in whole or in part, of the information contained on the Site, for any purpose and by any means whatsoever, are prohibited without BESTINVER’s prior authorisation.

The Site may include links to third party sites. Pages belonging to third parties have not been reviewed and are not supervised by BESTINVER. In any event, BESTINVER cannot be held responsible for the content of these sites or for the measures adopted regarding your privacy or the processing of your personal data.

Minors
