Gonzalo García Benavides

Gonzalo García Benavides is part of Bestinver Securities’ M&A team. Gonzalo holds over 15 years of investment banking experience. He started his career in KPMG, being Manager of the Corporate Finance team, and Bankinter, were he was Vice-President of the Investment Banking division. Before joining Bestinver, Gonzalo was Corporate Finance Director at Deloitte.
During his career, Gonzalo has led the origination and execution of a large number of middle market corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestments, incorporation of strategic partners and sale of non-core assets or business divisions.
Gonzalo has a double degree in Law and Business Administration at Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE E-3) and completed an Executive program in digital transformation (DIBEX) at ISDI Business School in 2021.
