Juan Cánovas
Senior Analyst
Juan Cánovas joined Bestinver Securities as a Senior Equity Analyst in 2026, strengthening the firm’s coverage of small- and mid-cap companies. He has over 25 years of experience in European equities, having spent his career as a sell-side analyst at J.P. Morgan in London and at Bestinver Securities (formerly Fidentiis), where he was recognized as the top individual analyst in the 2010 Extel ranking for Spain and Portugal. He subsequently worked on the buy-side as a European equity fund manager.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Málaga and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from ESCP Business School.
