Mark Giacopazzi
CIO - Chief Investment Officer
Mark Giacopazzi is CIO of BESTINVER’s management business. He joined the company at the end of 2022 from the firm’s broker-dealer area, where he held the position of executive director.
Giacopazzi has developed his career since the 1980s as an analysis director for various firms including Carnegie Investment Bank, Schroders and Citi. In October 2003 he founded Fidentiis where he served as Co-CEO until 2019, the year in which the firm was acquired by BESTINVER.
He holds a degree in Spanish and French Language and Literature from the University of Exeter in the United Kingdom.
