Manuel Martínez Jerez
Head of legal counsel
Manuel Martínez joined BESTINVER in 2005 as Head of Legal Counsel.
He is Secretary of the Board of Directors of the companies of Grupo BESTINVER and was a Director of the companies Bestinver Sociedad de Valores, S.A. and Bestinver Gestión, S.A. SGIIC.
Prior to joining BESTINVER, from 2001 to 2005 he worked at the Ramon & Cajal law firm as part of the Business, Banking and Stock Market Law Department. During these years he was Secretary of the Board of Directors of the companies Renta 4 Pensiones S.A. EGFP and MG Valores AV S.A. In 2012 he was appointed Legal Manager for Acciona Agua S.A. for their project to build a water desalination plant in Adelaide (Australia).
He holds a Degree in Law from the University of Granada and lectures in Business Law on the Master’s in Legal Practice programme at ISDE.
